I am a senior technology, AI, product and engineering leader. Over more than 14 years, I have helped mission-driven organisations turn strategy into useful systems, stronger teams and practical delivery.
One career, connected across contexts
My early work in Nigeria combined entrepreneurship, technology delivery and innovation ecosystem building. I founded and advised ventures, led distributed product teams and worked with universities, startups, public-interest initiatives and international partners.
At AfriLabs, I moved from programme leadership into organisation-wide technology leadership. I built programmes and technology capability, helped design multi-country initiatives, led digital platforms and directed ecosystem research. That experience made collaboration, local knowledge and institutional capability central to how I lead.
Today, based in London, I lead technology and platforms for global mission-driven work. My focus includes product and platform roadmaps, service delivery, operational maturity, external partner delivery, responsible AI adoption and AI-enabled evaluation. Across these settings, the thread is consistent: understand the mission, make the system legible, and build the human and technical capability needed to deliver.
How I work
- Start with the mission and the people doing the work.
- Translate ambiguity into priorities, roadmaps and accountable delivery.
- Treat adoption, governance and capability as part of the product.
- Make trade-offs visible to senior stakeholders.
- Build with local context and international collaboration in mind.
Research and responsible AI
My ongoing Doctor of Business Administration research at UCAM examines the socio-technical factors influencing AI implementation in UK mission-driven organisations. It considers leadership, culture, ethical governance, technical resources and employee development, not only model capability.
The doctorate is one part of a wider research record spanning responsible AI adoption, framework development for assessing AI value and mission contribution, human-in-the-loop evaluation, African innovation ecosystems, internet-economy analysis and education technology.
Software engineering and architecture
My technology leadership is grounded in direct software development as well as architecture and delivery leadership across AI-enabled tools, mobile products, digital platforms and operational systems. Recent work includes Obidient Connect, Frndix, PDMAONLINE LMS and Neuriculum, addressing civic participation, professional access, online learning and offline education.
At senior level, I use that experience to shape architecture, engineering standards, testing, deployment, maintenance and collaboration across product, programme and technology teams.
